Gmail will no longer work since the last update

Gmail was down earlier today. Some people are getting it back. Mine stared working a short while ago. You can check the status here if you care to do so.

What do mean it "no longer works"?

I saw another volunteer mention that Google is having issues today. They will eventually be resolved but there's nothing you can do in the meantime.
