Touch “ghost” screen

when I’m using my iPhone X sometimes the screen starts to move on it’s own or starts opening apps pushing pause or play constantly uncontrollable it’s mainly around the center of the screen i don’t know why this is happening

iPhone screen jumping Hi, I don’t know the appropriate name for this issue but every time I touch my screen it just goes crazy. When touching my screen, a ghost layer appears and it jumps up and down. I’m not sure on how to resolve this. My iPhone 7 is on the latest iOS 15.4.1
