Snapseed for MacBook Pro

I was sent to the Snapseed.online site and there was a comment “ you can use any Android emulator to download Snapseed apk and use Snapseed on your Mac”. (Blue stacks emulator). Can someone tell me what this means and if it is a safe and advisable move on my part to do this? I am using OS X El Capitan (with all the latest updates). I have no idea what this means....I just know I would LOVE to be able to use Snapseed on my laptop.

I don't think I would bend over backward in an effort to try and get snapseed onto the Mac.

It is a iPhone app you can use it there painlessly, these saved photos can end up in your Photo.app anyway if you use iCloud/phot stream.

There are plenty of photo apps avaialble for the Mac— to emulate an android to run an iOS app on Mac doesn't pencil out in my book.

Thanks for your comments. Actually at the moment I am doing my editing on my iPad using Snapseed and then transferring the edited photos to my Mac . I do not use iCloud, but it may be something to look into. I have tens of thousands of photos, and am not sure I really want to put them on iCloud, or how much it would cost me to upload that much data.🤔
how secure is any information in the iCloud?

Photo Stream does not count against iCloud storage.

Photo Stream, the photos you take with your iOS devices or import to your computers appear automatically on all of your devices. Up to 1,000 photos taken over the past 30 days are available in My Photo Stream.
