Request to update iCloud payment
Hi,
Received an email a number of days ago stating that ICloud had been unable to take my regular monthly payment and requesting that I update my payment settings. I have not recently changed my card or payment options so see no reason why there should be a problem. I called apple support 31st May and was told I would be sent an email link to check my current settings but have not received this email to date. The request to update my payment details has now appeared in my settings. Is it genuine?
