getting the use of my phone back

my iphone 6 says it is disabled and to connect to iTunes ,but only lets me recieve calls and make emergency calls

When an iPhone is disabled, all you can do is provided in this support guide:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
