Apple Music - How Do I Add Album Covers

Perhaps the below was a promotion? I don’t know:

I remember back a decade ago, upon opening an Apple ID iTunes count, Apple prompted me saying they would give me Album Covers for FREE — and they did.

However, they also said that from then on out, all Album Covers would be paid for.

Today, free or not, how do I search for Album Covers. And are they free?
