Received an odd email today for an app purchase, help

Received an email today for an in-app payment which I did not request for an app I have never downloaded. I checked my account in the App Store and there is no record of an app purchase and I have not had any notifications for charges with my card on record. The email was sent from:


"noreply_paymentservice4@mailpoler.com"


Below I have attached of the email body. It's content just doesn't look right and I believe the whole thing may be some sort of BS, I hope. Is there someone at Apple I should forward this to? Any help will be appreciated.
