Apple Music free trial
Why have I been charged £9.99 when I have an email stating I won’t be charged until the end of my free 3 month trial using Apple Music ?

Verify it’s Apple Music you were charged for first (it will say “Apple Music Membership”)
if you feel this was in error
Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase
