Looking to update credit card on apple account.

My credit card expired and is listed under my itunes account. I have one running subscription and I continue to receive an alert saying I can't add a new payment until I verify the existing card on file. When I go to verify the card, I can't update any of the information and since the card is no longer valid, nothing can be verified. I also cannot remove the card because there has to be something on file for the subscription. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try removing it via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage

If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
