can't verify password and email account after putting in new password

Keep getting password and email account can not be verified, won't let me change anything with out correct password, which I guess I'm not putting in correctly. How can I get beyond this?

Is this an email account or your Apple ID? If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article?


What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     


If you are trying to sign in, there is no way to bypass the sign in without the correct password and ID.


If you need further help, please post back.
