Hello, I am trying to upgrade my Icloud plan storage from free 5GB to 50GB. But when clicking on “plan storage change” nothing happens.
I tried to restart the phone and nothing changed.
is there any way to get into the menu where I can pick different option?

Okay, I just tried to disconnect the sync between my iPad and my iPhone and now I was able to upgrade.
Don’t know if there is any connection, but it works :)

thank you for your answer, but I already tried to do that from my iPad and also on different connection and still nothing. Could there be any problem that I have iPad and iPhone connected?
I have no clue what to do, I would just like to upgrade.
