Use of Pandora in new Lexus RC

I am not able to connect my Pandora through Apple CarPlay or Bluetooth in my Lexus RC. Have deleted and reinstalled Pandora many times. It works as long as I’m connected to Wi-Fi in my house in the garage but as soon as I leave the area it does not work. Any recommendations out there.
