Where is ~/Library/Safari/ on June 4th, 2019?

I have a problem to correct about Safari and cannot find the proper Library directory for Safari.

The problem is about Safaris years long inconsistent browsing history.

I need to apply a fix I found.

As the web reflects in a "within the year" google search...there are three "Librarys" for Mojave on a Macbook.

One of them even hidden.

History is a record of my motions on the web and I would like to see them- consistently.

And no, I don't have any browsing "behaviors" where I have to delete my browsing history.

Thank you.

Sincerely

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J.  When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder.

Or in Finder hold down the option/alt key while selecting the Go menu item. Select Library.
