SAMSUNG NOTE 9 Video Problem

Hi everyone, I have a problem viewing all the video I shoot from my Samsung Note9. I tried Quicktime its all black and I can listened to audio only. Tried VLC too same results. I contacted Apple Care support but there is no luck. they dont know what is going on. they said video file is corrupted but I can view it on my windows computer with out any problem. Thanks to those who will give their time. Cheers!
