(I am from Romania) If I buy an apple watch series 4 GPS+Cellular from germany, can I use it in Romania with the Cellular LTE feature?
And if so, is it any different from the e sim feature on the iPhone XR, XS,etc. (I’m not sure because I know that the apple watch is supposed to copy your existent phone number but the e sim feature on the new iPhones is supposed to allow you to have another DIFFERENT phone number)?. Thanks for your help.
There do not appear to be any Romanian carriers that support the Apple watch for cellular service.

Thank you. I saw somewhere that Orange carrier supports e sim but I am still not 100% sure. Is there any other way of using cellular on the apple watch without my iPhone or the carrier suport? just asking. Thanks.
Orange in Romania supports eSim on iPhone, but does not support Apple Watch at this time.
