Keyboard is positioned in the middle of the viewing screen. How can move it back to bottom and not block the input screen.

No, that “feature” has been around for the last several version of iOS. I’m going to guess, probably iOS 7???
Edit: The feature is even older than I remembered: It actually appeared in iOS 5.
Tap and hold the little keyboard icon at the bottom right corner. From there slide your finger up to select “Dock”.
