Verify student status for Apple Music
Apple Music asked me to verify my student status using unidays. I asked them, but they said to go to apple.com

Periodically, UNiDAYS re-validates your student status. This is normal. If it isn’t handled fully automatic, then you must react to that (provide information) to continue the discounted service.
If you were deemed to be no longer a student, then please say so.
If you were deemed to be no longer a student, and want to re-apply for student status, then change the subscription type and follow the on-screen directions.
If Apple and UNiDAYS disagree on your student status, then perhaps talk to the iTunes Store staff. They may be able to look at your account information. iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
