Smart battery case for iPhone XS
The smart battery case is always charging the phone? Even when the phone's charge is already full? There is no way to turn it on and off whenever I like?

The iPhone has built-in circuitry to prevent it from additional charging when it is charged to capacity. So no, it won't continue to charge:
