iPad 3

my iPad 3 is using an iOS 9.3.5 version and I want to update it to at least a iOS 10 because it’s required for most apps. How do I get iOS 10 or later?

You can't. The iPad 3 is at the end of iOS updates. 9.3.5 is as high as you can go. You need to upgrade your iPad now if you want to use the latest apps.
