I would like to get an email for each purchase I make through iTunes iBooks App Store etc. all I see is a charge on my credit card statement. I want to see what the charges were for.
How do I set this up?

You should automatically get emailed receipts for all paid-for purchases on the account. They aren't going into the spam folder on the email account ? If not see if iTunes Support can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
