No Manual for the Photos program?

I'm trying to delete photos that are in the imports folder and I have those photos appear only in an album Alban. How can I do this? There does not seem to be any guide or manual to explain how to do this in Photos.

What do you want to achieve? Do you want to remove the photos from Imports, but keep them in an album?

Or do you want to delete the recently deleted photos completely from your library?

If you want to delete a photo from Imports, the library and all albums, you can select it in Imports and then ctrl-click it or right-click it,Use the command "delete photo" from the menu that will appear.

But it is not possible t delete photos from in Imports, and keep them in an album. Imports and other predefined albums are smart albums. Import will show all photos in your library, but sorted by the day of import. This album is meant to be showing all photos in your library. Deleting a photo from Imports will remove it from your Photos Library, and the photo will be removed from all albums.

Photos are stored only once in the library, and Albums are just using the photos. Albums are not storing additional copies.

Deleting Photos from a Photos Library

1 - regardless of where you are in the library, i.e. Moments, Collections, albums, smart albums or projects, select the photo(s) you want to delete and use the key combination of Command+Delete to move the photos to the Recently Deleted smart album.

2 - click on the Recently Deleted smart albums in the sidebar.

NOTE 1:  If you're using Photos 1.2 or earlier use the File Show Recently Deleted menu option.

3 - in the Recently Deleted album you can opt to let the photo automatically delete after the 30 day waiting period is up, delete them immediately or restore them to the library.

NOTE 2: deleting a photo from an album, slideshow, book, etc., with the Delete key only deletes the photo from that item.  There is no key combination that will delete a photo from a project and move it directly to the Recently Deleted smart album.

NOTE 3: deleting a photo from a Moment or Collection (the Photos window) or the All Photos window deletes ALL occurences of that photo in the library.
