Apple Music

Okay so i was trying to pay my Apple Music and it wouldn’t let me submit my purchase because It says to choose between my two payment methods. So I went to remove my card and it said that there is an active subscription and couldn’t be removed but I don’t have any subscriptions on the card. Any advice ?
