bought iphone 6s and it still has old icloud on it
no clue what to do , bought iPhone 6s and old icloud is still on the phone . not able to set it to my icloud

Contact the person whose Apple ID it is set to; only they can remove it. Otherwise return it for a refund. You will never be able to use it.
