iTunes and Catalina

If I have a Mac device that can't use Catalina will the existing iTunes app still be available or will the new apps be rolled out to previous versions of Mac OS X

Nothing changes for existing MacOS users. Read this About the upcoming changes with iTunes on Mac - Apple Support.

Existing iTunes will continue.
