I can't regain access to the iPhone 6

My screen crashed, my phone began to enter the password itself. He switched to loss mode, then I have not used them for a long time because I bought a new. I have now restored it, and I know for sure that the data of my Apple Id are correct. But Apple thinks that there is no such Apple ID. Help

Broken Iphone- Forgotten Apple ID Hi, My work phone is an iphone 7 but it hass a smashed screen therefore I cannot put unlock it, plugging it into a laptop it isn't recognised. Without the correct Apple ID you can’t do anything. I would suggest you take it to your local Apple Store. With proof of purchase and they might be able to help you
