I can't regain access to the iPhone 6

My screen crashed, my phone began to enter the password itself. He switched to loss mode, then I have not used them for a long time because I bought a new. I have now restored it, and I know for sure that the data of my Apple Id are correct. But Apple thinks that there is no such Apple ID. Help

Without the correct Apple ID you can’t do anything. I would suggest you take it to your local Apple Store. With proof of purchase and they might be able to help you
