"Living Room" audio output on iPhone

"Living Room" audio output on iPhone

My iPhone is showing a "Living Room" as an audio output all the time. When i press speaker it shows this list which i have to select from.

Its only started since i bought an Apple TV and i have tried every setting to remove it but nothing. The Apple TV is on a completely other account.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

It can still detect the TV on the network and you have the option of streaming to it. This is by design.

I have the same issue. It it does not go away when I leave the house. “Living Room” is still an audio output option, even when driving. Further, I named my Apple TV “Family Room”, so not sure where living room even came from.
