Bluetooth not available after updating latest OS on MacBook Pro

I tried SMU option and also tried switching on using Shift+Option+Blue tooth still it doesn't turn ON

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

This worked for me so far, not a fix but a workaround - turn off Bluetooth File Exchange

System Prefs->Security & Privacy

Authenticate wiht system Password

Then Privacy->Automation->Bluetooth File Exchange (turn it off) - note: I don't use that so turned it off.

Now no more Bluetoth icon not available.
