How do I sync my outlook 2013 emails, contacts & calendar with my iPhone WITHOUT using iCloud?

The simplest way is to sync your phone with the same account you're accessing with Outlook. That will update the information in real time on both clients without the need to plug into your PC to sync the data.

Do they provide IMAP service? It sounds like you may be set up using POP3. IMAP provides for syncing of things like calendar and contacts between the server and all client devices. POP3 does not.
I'm using Outlook 2013 installed on a Windows 10 PC, not Outlook.com.
I can have emails sent to both devices (PC & iPhone) by selecting "leave copy of message on server" in Outlook's configuration, but contacts and calender do not "sync" that way.
You used to be able to do it from iTunes, but it looks like they took that option away to force you to use iCloud, which I do not want to use.
I'm hoping someone else has also run into this and has figurred out a solution.
