vpn server not responding

i cant turn on vpn service on my iPhone 6s Plus. whc could it be?

VPN unable to connect I have an iPhone 13 and I have 2 different VPN's that I used to use on my old iPhone X. Whenever I try to connect on my new phone it won't connect and if by chance it does connect it disconnects pretty quick right after. Any fix for this? At first I thought maybe my VPN was the issue, so I tried a different one and it has the same issue. I tried rebooting my phone, I tried resetting my network settings and reinstalling the app with no success.
