I'm doing some recording and I'm not getting an input signal from any of the input sources that are available, whether its the built-in mic, my blue mic, or my m-audio interface.

But I go to my privacy tab in "Security & Privacy" and I don't see an option for microphone to give Logic access...
Any ideas?

The conversation you refer to is about Mac OS Mojave (10.14) which is not your case based on your signature (Mac OS 10.13).
First check your MacOS Audio and Midi setup in the Applications.
Second, within Logic look at the menu Logic Pro x -> Preferences -> Audio. Be sure an Audio Input is selected.

Yea I figured it might be a little different.
Yea I went into audio preferences within Logic, but I selected the built in, my blue mic, fastrack, and they all didn't work. There's no signal in Logic, and when I hit record it notifies me that there's no signal input.
