Ok I was paying 9.99 to listen and download songs. Well I didn’t have the money in my account so I couldn’t listen to songs that I didn’t buy. So now I’m trying to get all my songs back but i don’t know how to make the payment

if there was a problem with your payment, Apple cancels the subscription and you lose the music
