Terminate subscription to AllTrails app

Hi. I’m Jason. I have a subscription to AllTrails which renews automatically each year. I want to end my subscription but when I go to my subscriptions there is no option to cancel. Can anyone help?

Does the subscription show there, and if it does what do you see for it ? If it says it will expire and is only giving you options to resubscribe it implies you've either already cancelled it or it wasn't set to auto-renew
