Does Apple Care cover drop damage?

I purchased a MacBook Pro 2018 and it came with one year of Apple Care warranty. I dropped it on its side by accident one day and one of the corners is a little chipped. It's just cosmetic damage. Can I get it repaired with Apple Care?
