Refund for Apple TV purchase

1-there appears to be no way to return an unwatched Tv subscription unless there is a technical problem- is that correct?

2-how can you watch an Apple TV purchase from an iPhone on a non- Apple TV screen, ie Roku?

1, all purchases are considered final, though obviously you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund you

2, films and TV programmes are tied to your iTunes account, so can only be played via that account e.g. Apple TV, computer's iTunes, Apple TV app on iOS devices, and possibly by connecting a device/computer via a cable to a TV
