Appletv subscription refund

How can we get a refund on our AppleTV subscription?I cannot make it work on our Roku, and it is very frustrating.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
