Apple TV box ... Now TV
Using my Apple TV down loaded NowTV app but I can’t sign in too it .. it brings up an error Apple login forbidden (1610) I can use all my other devices. Can you help please

Try force quitting the app by double tapping the home button on remote to bring up app switcher, then swipe up
Try deleting the app by holding down on remote touchpad until icon jiggles, press play/pause button to bring up options. Reload from app store
If the issue persists then it's something the developer needs to fix
