What will happen to ripped movies and TV shows when iTunes retired?

What happens to my ripped movies and TV shows when I iTunes goes away? I use the computer app on Apple TV to watch my shows I have an extensive library and don’t want to lose this feature.  There is information out now that ripped music will still be there but nothing about movies or TV shows.

Thanks.

Apple say:

'iTunes forever changed the way people experienced music, movies, TV shows, and podcasts. It all changes again with three all-new, dedicated apps — Music, Apple TV, and Apple Podcasts — each designed from the ground up to be the best way to enjoy entertainment on your Mac. And rest assured; everything you had in your iTunes library is still accessible in each app. iCloud seamlessly syncs everything across your devices — or you can back up, restore, and sync by connecting the device directly to your Mac.'

Roger,

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I hate to sound doubtful but I notice that there are several articles saying this will happen for music but nothing for movies and TV shows. How do you know this to be true? Just curious? Even the Apple update on their site (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210200) doesn't mention this. It says:

Music that you’ve imported or purchased will be in the new Apple Music app.

Movies and TV shows that you purchased or rented from iTunes will be in the new Apple TV app.

That makes me nervous....
