Why is my phone all of a sudden opening apps and not letting open or use certain applications? It stays stuck on one app, doesnt let me close out of some. It sometimes keeps opening things on its own non stop. At times wont let me text, like it doesnt feel the feel the pressure of the screen. HELP.......

Follow the 3R's- if a restart does not solve your problem proceed
1. restart, ie power off/on,
2. reset http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1430
3. restore from backup, restore as new device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
After following the instructions from leroydouglas if that doesn't fix the problem there are 2 possibilities:
