I cannot download apps in the App Store on my ipad
Hello Apple,
I have been experiencing some problems with my iPad lately. I've had the iPad for several years now, I think I have the iPad Air that came out a while back.
And for the past few months I haven't been able to download any apps. When I try and download an app, the circle just keeps spinning meaning it's processing the download but it never actually downloads. So I have looked up online at different ways to fix this and none of them have worked. I tried logging out of my apple account, changing the date and time, reset my network, restarting the iPad with the Home button and Sleep button, and none of those have worked. And I don't know what else to do. Are there any other ways to fix this? Or if I take it to an Apple store, would they be able to fix it?
