Apple Gift Card Redeem Problem

Whenever I try to redeem my gift card I get this message:

“The iTunes Store is unable to process Gift Certificates at this time.”


It’s not the first time that I redeem an iTunes gift card, but for some reason this happened. I am tried to redeem it for 2 days in a row now but without any success.

Any ideas how to solve this issue.

You've tried on both your iPad and computer's iTunes ? There have been a number of other posts over the last few days mentioning the same thing, you could contact iTunes Support and see if they can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
