I recently received a $10 gift card for iTunes as a gift and well when I went to redeem it in the Apple store it said I had $10 as my balance and when I went to make a purchase a error popped up and it said can’t make purchase and told me if I need help to come to this website, and well when I went to check my balance again it said I had nothing in my wallet I don’t know what to do and I lost $10 that was paid for ..

- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
