Payment method

IM having trouble downloading apps that costs money. The problem is that i cant confirm my method of payment, when IM trying to confirm it, when its supposed to send me a message with a code of confirmation to charge me trough my Phone Bill, it does’nt

Change your payment method on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.*
Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
Tap Manage Payments. ( If you're using an older version of iOS, tap Payment Information.)
