I Wi-Fi shared the password from my iPad to my iPhone and now the Wi-Fi on my iPhone does not work

Having Performed all these Reconfigurations...

1. Delete the Wireless Network from the iPhone, using Settings.
2. Shutdown the iPhone Manually: Go To: Settings > General > Shut Down
3. Power on your iPhone:
4. Add the Wireless Network Back, using the correct credentials.

• What does "wifi shared" mean exactly? Used AirDrop? Something else?
• What does "the password" mean exactly? Password to what? An app? The iOS device's passcode?
