Horrible Lag and App crashing on IPhone XS

Hi Guys,

Ive recently upgraded my iPhone 8 Plus to the XS. Since then I can’t use my phone like I used to with the 8. I use Line app for video calls to my family, waze and google maps a lot. When any of these apps are in use my phone barely works meaning I can’t open another app or type in an app like WhatsApp or IMessage for example. The call either crashes, the app crashes, the phone literally freezes up until the apps are closed. I did a soft reset couple times, hard reset and a factory reset, non of which helped. I used these same apps on a daily basis on my iPhone 8 Plus with no issues.

Any suggestions please cos this is soooo frustrating
