Hello!

7 years ago I made Apple ID for my mother's friend on my email, and now I want to change it on her own email.

But I can't enter my Apple ID profile, cause I need to answer security questions, but I don't think that 7 years ago I made them. Anyway, I don't know any answers.

And I can't reset it because of "We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions" message. And I also cannot contact Apple Support cause there a mistake on the page "We’re Sorry.

We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again or come back later. 01121025-ddb1-49c8-b170-6c1e1aab7f2e"

How can I reset this questions or enter my Apple ID?

Without knowing the answers to the security questions the best (only) option is to have her upgrade to two-factor security on the device she uses the Apple ID on. This does not require knowing the security question/answers and after she upgrades the account to two-factor there will in fact be no more security questions anymore associated with the account.
