Subscription issue

I would like to cancel my subscription in relation to ICloud storage. I have been charged another .99 usd for a transaction which I have not made. Am requesting for the refund please...

Not by posting on here you aren't, these are user forums and we are just fellow users. You would have to contact iTunes Support (assuming it's a purchase that shows on your iTunes account's purchase history ; and purchases are considered final) e.g. http://reportaproblem.apple.com
