I unpaired my Apple Watch but it’s still asking for a passcode .

Unpairing it does not remove the passcode. There is a difference between the passcode for the watch and the one for the Phone. While they can be the same number, they are two different things. If you cannot remember the passcode on your Watch, see this, If you forgot your Apple Watch passcode - Apple Support
