No Apple Music Tab

Where do I access the option to search all of Apple Music? I have a subscription but on my new phone (XR), I only have the option to search for music in my library. There is no tab to switch to Apple Music. Super frustrating!

searching apple music from itunes I have subscribed to apple music. I used to be able to search for songs in Itunes, and select my library, or apple music. When I select apple music, I just get a dark screen and no results...?

This suggests Apple Music is not enabled on the phone. You should see the icons below.

Browse and search would be the way to search Apple Music.
