Locked phone
I have an iPhone that is locked by a phone company but I'm in bankruptcy and they won't release the phone what do I need to do to get it unlocked?
Nothing.
Only the carrier can remove the lock.

Only that carrier can unlock it, if your device is eligible.

What do you mean the phone company locked it? Odds are you need to reach out to them to get this straightened out.
