Exporting FCPXML chapters list in older XML version

I've tried all the settings but Sony DoStudio cannot read the newer FCPXML files.

Does anybody have a workaround to convert them to the older FCP7 XML format?

fcpxmld format files - FCP 10.6.6 - request for sample I would like to request somebody with FCP 10.6.6 to create a dummy fcpxmld file for me to study. (I cannot upgrade to 10.6.6 for myself.) I recently created a tool to extract "texts" from fcpxml files (includes Titles and/or Captions) and, so, of course, Apple immediately changes to format of data export for projects. (FCP Text Extractor) If you feel you would like to contribute, please add at least 3 titles and 3 closed captions. Media is inconsequential - you could use generators or gaps. While I'm asking - do you also know how the fcpxmld package is represented in a 'nix environment (basically, is it just a directory?) Thank you in advance!

How to export a FCPX XML to a relative path for importing into Autodesk Flame? Hi, I’m having trouble exporting a FCPX XML file with ‘RELATIVE’ path instead of ‘Local System’, so another person on the other end can import/open this FCPXML file into its Autodesk Flame software. Any solution to resolve this? - D

fcpxml - "DTD version is not recognized." 1) I exported an fcpxml file on an iMac (in Romania). 2) I copied and pasted the fcpxml onto an SD card. 3) I placed the SD card into a Macbook Pro (now in England) and dragged it onto the desktop. 4) The fcpxml file won't open. A window pops up saying: "DTD version is not recognized." Any thoughts on how I can get the timeline that I worked on on the iMac (in Romania) onto my MacBook Pro (in England)? I already have all the raw mov. files on the MacBook Pro, so I could just start the edit from scratch, but obviously that's the last option.
